Over the past few weeks we have been looking at possibly buying a house. Well on Monday, we put in an offer on our favorite and Wednesday we found out they countered twice. On Wednesday we decided to accept their counter offer which put us under contract for our first house! We close on December 10th and have a move-in date of December 20th. We will have our own house before Christmas this year! We are so happy to have gotten this great opportunity with AMAZING interest rates!
Also, we are going to Mexico over Thanksgiving. We will be gone November 23rd through the 29th. So this will help make time fly as we wait to close on the house. We have our home inspection scheduled for Thursday and hope for no problems.
